THE HOME GUARD
SPECIAL SHOULDER BADGES (P.A.) WELLINGTON, Mar. 3. Special shoulder badges to be worn on Home Guard uniforms are to be issued almost immediately. They will be of black cloth with the words “ Home Guard ” sewn in white, and they will.be worn in the same place as returned soldiers of the present war now wear their white on black “New Zealand ” shoulder badge.
