FREE GREEKS

(Rec. 7 p.m.) LONDON, Mar. 1. The Minister of Foreign Affairs, M. Tsouderos, announced a general conscription scheme for all Greeks of military age throughout the world. The British Government has assigned additional warships to the Greek Navy, which are being named after the great battles between Greece and the Axis, including the campaign in Crete. Greek merchant seamen will man the ships.
