TRACK WORK AT WINGATUI The outside of the course proper was open yesterday morning, when the going was a bit on the soft side, but provided good galloping. Whang and Hunting Chorus got through a working gallop on the sand. Forte drew away from three others in a barrier start and cast half a mile behind him in 53 2-ssec. Point BlanM (H. Anderton) and Joy Boa (Powell) were schooled over three flights of hurdles. Roseman, Coy, Light Cavalry, Berrima, Distress Signal, and others got through useful tasks.
