Anderson; song, Mrs A. Wilson; piano solo, Mrs F. Perriman; song, Miss M. Deas;. and community singing. Hostesses, the grandmothers. Tuapeka Mouth.—Mrs McLeod presided. Motto: “ The rank is but the guinea stamp, the man’s the gowd for a’ that.” Roll call: Favourite Scottish song. Competitions: Child’s apron for refugee—Mrs C. Keenan 1, Mrs Brown and Mrs Steel (equal) 2: vegetables-?-Mrs Thomson 1, Mrs Brown 2, Mrs Cowan and Miss McGown (equal) 3; rose—Mrs Sheehy 1, Mrs Steel r% Scotch reading; Mrs Latimer. During the month a picnic was held at Mrs James's home.
