(Rec. 7 p.m.) LONDON, Feb. 9. "Malaria among the Japanese will bring relief to Singapore's defenders if they hjld on for two or three months," Said Sir Malcolm Watson, director of the Ross Institute of Tropical Hygiene, London. "Malaria in Singapore reaches its peak in May," he added, " and by the end of April one-third of the Japanese troops will probably be sick because the control of malaria must now be thoroughly disorganised."
