OUTLOOK FAIR ; Forecast for Otago.—The following is the official weather forecast for Otago for the ensuing 24 hours, issued at 5 p.m. yesterday by the Meteorological Office in Wellington : Moderate south-westerly winds; weather fair to fine and rather milder.
