MAGISTRATE'S COURT
In the Magistrate's Cour yesterday Mr H. W. Bundle. S.M., gave judgment by default for the plaintiffs in the following cases:—Ronald William Mathieson v. Neil McKinnon (Mosgiel). claim £3 10s, for money lent, with costs (£3 5s 6d); Turnbull and Jones, Ltd., v. R. Russell, claim 10s 6d, lor goods supplied and work done, with costs (10s); Whitcombe and Tombs, Ltd.. v. K. E. Hone, claim £l2 16s 3d, for goods supplied, with costs (£2 16s): J Lindsay and Co. v. T. Simmons (Christchurch), claim £23 5s Id, for goods supplied, with costs (£4 5s 6d); J. and A. P. Scott. Ltd., v George C. Sanderson, claim £l4 13s. for goods supplied, with costs (£2 16s); Insurance Office of Australia. Ltd., v. Henry George Newey. claim £l2 Is 6d. for premiums due. with costs (£2 14s)
