BAY OF PLENTY SEAT
VACANCY IN HOUSE BY-ELECTION ON DECEMBER 13
(PA.) WELLINGTON, Nov. 13. An announcement that a by-election for the Bay of Plenty seat to fill the vacancy in the House of Representatives caused by the death in Egypt of Lieutenant A. G. Hultquist would be held on Saturday, December 13, was made by the Prime Minister, Mr Fraser, this evening. The writ will be issued on November 24, and the nominations of candidates will close on November 26.
