"Curious."—(l) An emergency unemployment benefit may be paid to a relative or other person who is taking care of an invalid. AH the relevant circumstances are taken into consideration, and payment is made at the discretion of the commissioner. (2) Brothers or sisters of an invalid may be ordered to give .financial assistance, but this depends on the financial circumstances of all the parties concerned.
