CONTINUING FAIR Forecast for OUgo.—The following official weather forecast for Otago, covering the ensuing 24 hours, was issued at 5 p.m. yesterday by the Meteorological Office in Wellington:— Moderate south-westerly to westerly winds; weather fair and ■lightly milder. Farther Outlook. Continuing fair. Weather in Dunedin.—A strong south-west wind prevailed on Saturday, and passing clouds were frequent. Temperatures were N cool, the maximum being 57deg. The barometer was steady at 29.80 in (1009 millibars). Yesterday morning, occasional showers of rain fell, but the afternoon was fine, with some sunshine. A cold southwesterly wind prevailed, and temperatures were cool, the maximum being 58<Jeg. .The barometric pressure was steady, the reading at midnight being 29.90 in (1012 millibars).
