Onslow Ladles Club.—The Monthly L.G.U. Medal Match was played on Thursday. Mrs Pink returned the best card for the day. In the semi-finals of the Club Championship, played during the week, Mrs Maclean beat Mrs Swanson, 2 and 1, and Mrs Pinkham beat Mrs Howley. 6 and 4. Otago Ladies’ Club.—A One-club Match for trophies presented by Miss L McCarthy was played on the Otago links on Thursday. In the A Grade Mrs Stirling and Mrs Gibson were first equal, and In the B Grade Miss Gow was the winner. In the final of the Ada Jack Cup. Miss K. Shand beat Mrs Carr, 3 and 1. This Is the third consecutive year that Miss Shand has won this knock-out competition.
