Sung Lee, a market gardener, aged 42, was fined £2OO, in default three months’ imprisonment, for being the occupier of premises on the river at Opawa and allowing them to be used for the smoking of opium. Fred Young, aged 27, and Ah Tim, aged 51. were each fined £IOO, in default two months’ imprisonment, for being in possession of utensils used for smoking opium. •
