JAPAN DETERMINED MANCHUKUO AN EXAMPLE (Rec. 1 a.m.) NEW YORK, Sept. 15. The New York Times Tokio correspondent, Mr C. D. Tolischus, says that the Foreign Minister, Mr Toyoda, speaking at the ninth anniversary of Japan’s recognition in Manchukuo, reiterated Japan’s firm determination to establish the new order in East Asia, and pointed to Manchukuo as an example of what the new order means. Nevertheless, Mr Toyoda stressed that Japan was confronted with a super-emergency, unprecedented in the annals of her history.
