ROXBURGH TOURNAMENT
CHAMPIONSHIP TO B. V. WRIGHT There was a record number of entries for the annual golf tournament at Roxburgh, which was held during the week-end. Rain fell on Friday, and play had to be suspended in the afternoon, but the weather was ideal on Saturday, and the Four-ball Bogey was played yesterday, morning. The president of the Roxburgh Club (Mr W. Johnstone), presenting the prizes, thanked the visitors for again making the tournament a success. Mr D. C. Bennic replied on behalf of the visitors.
