, A VISIT TO BRITAIN RUGBY, Aug. 27. It was announced in London that Mr. Thomas Jefferson Davis, one of the most prominent,Rotarians in the United States, and this year’s president bit Rotary International, will shortly arrive in Britain to study the British Rotary movement under war conditions.
