LEASE OR LEND
WARSHIPS AND PLANES AXIS APPROACHES RUSSIA (Rec. 10 p.m.) WASHINGTON, June 14. Mr Kilsoo Hsan, the local representative of the Sino-Korean People's League, has received information from the Orient that Japan and Germany have urged Russia to lend or lease them SO destroyers, 20 submarines, 14 mineLayers, and 300 warplanes at present located at Vladivostok.'
Mr Haan passed the information on to Mr Cordell Hull and the report receives special attention because Mr Haah predicted to Mr Hull the Rus-sian-Japanese pact 19 days before it was signed.
