FRESH INSTRUCTIONS
JAPANESE DELEGATION DEMANDS ON EAST INDIES (Rec.-0.30 a.m.) , TOKIO, June 9. It is' reported .that Mr ;Matsu6ka Intends to .send fresh instructions to the Japanese delegation in the Netherlands East Indies within’, a few days. The importance of the instructions is foreshadowed by reports that Mr Matsuoka intends to draft these after full con-, sulfation with, the Ministers of the Navy, and Overseas Affairs arid the; other .Government departments, concerned, -y _• Vy.
