ON SOVIET BORDER

GERMANS AND RUMANIANS (Rec. 9 p.m.) LONDON, June 6. The Ankara correspondent of the Associated Press declares that foreign quarters in the Turkish capital are discussing reports that Germans and Rumanians are massing for an attack against Russia, which is planned for June. Authoritative Turkish circles said they had information that 100 German divisions were massed on the German-Soviet border in Poland, while 30 German divisions were concentrated in Rumania, which has mobilised 25 divisions and has also recalled to the colours classes which were demobilised only six weeks ago. It is reported that Soviet authorities are evacuating the civil population of Bessarabia.
