SENTENCED TO DEATH
DE GAULLE SUPPORTERS LONDON, May 12. The Daily Telegraph’s special correspondent on the French frontier says that a court martial at Clermont sentenced 50 French soldiers for aiding a foreign Power and supporting General de Gaulle. There were four death sentences and 12 life sentences. The remainder received from a year’s imprisonment upwards.
