DUNEDIN COMMUNITY SING

The weekly community sing will be held in the Town Hall, commencing at noon to-morrow. A special attraction will be the appearance of the New Zealand Air Force Band. Flight Lieutenant H. Gladstone Hill will be Ihe director of music, and individual members will assist with vocal and instrumental items. Proceeds will be for the “Comforts for Fighters” Fund. Donations, small or large, can bo sent to Mr J. F. Himburg. care of Begg’s. The band is to march from the Queen's Gardens at 11.30. Flowers will be acceptable for the stalls. Mr H. P. Desmoulins is to be the leader, and Mr A. Pettitt will accompany items on the piano.
