EARLY MEETINGS LIKELY FAR-REACHING MOVES (Rec. 7.30 p.m.) VICHY, May 12. . Diplomatic circles reported that meetings between Herr Hitler, Signor Mussolini and M. Stalin are considered likely in the near future in connection with possible reorganisation of European economics, if not a European military bloc resulting in far-reaching moves throughout Europe, including a shake-up of the Spanish civil and military organisation.
