MANAGEMENT ..COMMITTEE The weekly meeting of the Management Committee of the Otago Football Association was held last evening, Mr M. K. Haig being ih the chair. Mornington Club Rc-admittcd The Finance Committee reported that the dues owing by the Mornington .Club had been met, and it recommended., that the club be re-admitted to the competitions.—This was agreed to, and entries were accepted for First, Intermediate, ana Fourth Grade teams. The chairman of the Match Committee explained that the inclusion of the club would make for complications in the draw, and it was decided that where necessary unofficial matches should be played in the first round to obviate the difficulty of teams being left standing on the bank. Transfers The Caversham Club’s application for the transfer of J. N. Harkness. F. E. Taylor, and W. Taylor from Mornington was referred to the Transfer Committee. An application for the transfer of K. Lester from the Technical Old Boys' Club (Christchurch) to Northern was referred to the New Zealand Council for approval. General A complaint that Association football players had crossed the hockey grounds at Tonga Park on two Saturdays whilst games were in progress was received from the Otago Hoekey Association.—The chairman stated that it was not sportsmanlike on the part of players, and the secretary was instructed to get in touch with the clubs concerned and ask them to prevent further occurrences of the kind.
