Monday, May 12 (Before Mr H. W. Bundle, S.M.) Drunkenness A first offender, convicted of drunkenness, was fined 20s. Maintenance Michael O’Connor was charged with default in maintenance payments amounting to £56 5s lid in respect of his wife and children. Mr E. J. Mosley appeared for the wife. —The defendant was convicted and sentenced to two months’ imprisonment, the warrant to be suspended provided that the defendant paid £3 on or before May 19, and £2 each succeeding Monday until the arrears had been paid off.
