Scott, claim £2, for goods sold, with costs (£1 6s 6d); F. R. Loughran v. H. Reid (Kokonga), claim for costs only (£1). Judgment Summons Donald Stuart, Ltd., proceeded against J. Kirkland, claiming £3 16s 6d under a judgment summons. —An order was made for the payment of half the amount within 14 days and the remainder within another 14 days, in default four days’ imprisonment.
