At the distance Secret Flight came through and won by three length! from Southern Sail, who beat Dolit* by half a length. Gold Robe. Withdrawal and Shanty man were next. Both Withdrawal and Green Gables shaped disappointingly. '■ Electric Trot. Monaco broke up at the start of the Electric Trot and at the end of half a mile Two Crowns was showing the way to Lochlel’a Pride, Burnham, Cathay, and Sunnydcll. The order was much the same to the far turn, where Burnham and Loehiel’s pride went on from Two Crowns. Burnham drew out from. Lochiel’s Pride at the home turn and won by three lengths. r Cathay was two lengths away, with Koestan, Two 1 Crowns, Gaybla and Polling pay next. - ;• Racing Club; Handicap Sparkle .was made favourite for- the Racing Club Handicap and there was good support for Doubleack and Peony Rose. The latter and Mona’a Song led past the atand, with the others close up. Mona's Song and Peony Rose led a close running field along the back, with Doubleack bringing up the rear. Mona’s Song and Peony Rose were racing together as they entered the straight, and Sparkle and Ooublaack were moving up. In a good finish homa Mona's Song beat Peony Rose by a head. Doubleack was a neck away and ttaa same distance in front of Sparkle. Novice Handicap Central Star and Eastern Song led out in the Novice Handicap with Valcron. Central Star and Eastern Song led to. the atraight. The former then drew away and wen . by aeven lengths from Lake Hist,
who beat Royal Chorus by half a length. Valcron, Crinkle, Royal Money and Ballyaggan were next. Croydon Handicap j Gold Flight was made favourite for the Croydon Handicap, with Craiglea and Fleet Street next in demand. Fleet Street and Boaform led out from Craiglea and Gold Flight, and Boloyna was slow away. Royal Lancer got cut out and dropped back io-a hopeless position. Fleet Street and Boaform led Craiglea, Nightcalm, and Gold Flight to the home turn. Boaform then pame away and won by five lengths from Nightcalm, who beat Phalanx by a length. Then came Skyrena. Boloyna and Gold Flight. Progressive Trot ’ . Loyalist raced to the front at the end of half a mile In the Progressive Trot, and led past the stand from Nancy Guy. Aldus. Fenella, and Bellond. Loyalist put in a bad break five furlongs and a-half from home. and. dropped right back. Aldus. Debtor and Jorrocks were then in, charge in front of Prince Charles. Jorrocks took charge in the straight, and won by two lengths from Prince Charles. With Oregon close up, and followed by the fast-finishing Loyalist, and then came Fenella and Aldus. Summer Handicap Sea L*ly established a big lead in the first thfee rui longs of the Summer Hack Handicap, and Ted along from Noko and Knight 01 Old. They closed on the leader in the straight, but she lasted long enough to win by a neck from Green Boa, who beat Aravane by a neck. Noko was over • a length away, but stopping after being second half a furlong from home
