SUPPLIES FOR JUGOSLAVIA A BRITISH CONCESSION BELGRADE, Jan. 13. . Britain, after .three months of negotiations, is believed to have agreed to allow Jugoslavia: to import quantities of rubber arid cotton from the United States owing to the acute shortage.
