DISPUTE AT AN END .. '.*•; v f : ' EXECUTIVE’S DECISION ADOPTED (Per United Press Association) AUCKLAND. Jan. 13. A decision to recommend to the men involved in the cool-store dispute-, that they should declare the dispute, off ■> was made on Saturday at a ' meeting of the Auckland. District .Executive-of the New Zealand Freezing Workers and Belated Trades’ Upion. The men met subsequently at the Trades. Hall and debated the iecommendation, and the voting iq favour, of adopting the recommendation was practically unanimous. It was distinctly stated at the meeting that a large number of the men would be re-employed. A considerable number of the men affected applied this morning for reinstatement, but were told by the management, that their positions had been filled, and, that the company could not re-engage them. ... ■ The manager of the company, Mr Brown, told a reporter that work was. proceeding satisfactorily. ‘ .V. -
