PEOPLE OF ORLEANS TELEPHONE LINE CUT LONDON, Dec. 26 (Received Dec. 27, at 0.15 a.m.) The Toulouse radio stated that after an unsuccessful search for the perpetrator, the Germans fined the people of Orleans 1,000,000 francs for cutting a German military telephone line.
