THAILAND'S ATTITUDE
READY TO SETTLE DISPUTE BANGKOK, Dec. 25. .'The Premier, Luang Songgram, told the press: "We are ready to settle the French dispute, but the French started the attacks, and Thailand is determined to retaliate." He idded that relations with Britain were smooth, due to readjustment of the Burma frontier.
