LARGE CONTRACT LET MODERATE SCALE OF RENTALS iPer United Press Association) WELLINGTON, Dec. 26. A contract has been let by the State Housing Department to Mr J. L. Wilkins of Christchurch, for the erection of a large block of fiats in Dixon street, West Wellington. The building of 10 storeys will contain 116 flats, each private and electrically equipped. The nrice will be about £130,000. . Each flat will contain a living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and the usual amenities. The rentals will be about 26s a week
