ANOTHER MERCHANTMAN TAKES THE WATER.—Day and night in the dockyards around Great Britain thousands of men are at work building merchant ships to replace those sunk by the Nazi raiders. There are now no elaborate ceremonies at the launchings. Only the workmen watch the vessels slide into the Water, and then they immediately start preparing the slip way for the laying of another keel.
