DUNEDIN JOCKEY CLUB
MEETING OF COMMITTEE The monthly committee meeting of the Dunedin Jockey Club was held yestei* day and was attended by Messrs A. C. Hanlon (chair), L. C. Hazlett, B. S. Irwin, F Tyson, J. A. Gow, C. N. Draper. A. Barnett, W. Garrett. A. Clark, and L, J. Potter. It was resolved to place on record an appreciation of the services rendered by the late secretary, Mr L. G. Hill, and to forward a copy of this minute to his relatives. A statement showing the present financial position of the club was submitted and considered. A letter was received from the Military Department asking for the use of Wingatui for a camp for a further three months, and the request was granted. The following Judicial Committee was appointed for the summer meeting:— Messrs L. C. Hazlett, F. Tyson, W. Garrett C N. Draper, and A. Clark, and Messrs A. P. Greenfield, J. A. Gow, and A. N.
