INCREASES IN AUCKLAND A NEW TIME BASIS (Per United Press'Association) < AUCKLAND, Dec. 5. Notice of its intention to introduce a higher rate of charge for taxis hired nn » time basis was given by the MetropoSln Licensing Authority today.
