The annual match between Otago ind Southland took place- at Invercargill on Saturday evening. A keenly-fought con- , test resulted in a win for Southland by t 12 games to 7. six being drawn, -and, | judged by the remarks of the various , speakers during the social hour after the ' match, it was a very popular win.-- Mr MacKenzie, of Invercargill, was referee;, -j Tlie following are the results:— W.
