MAKE THIS Delicious CHOCOLATE PUDDING a yolks of, egg, 4-ozs. flour, 4-OZB. sugar, 4-ozs. butter, \ teaspoonful baking powder, pinch of salt, f-02. Boumville Cpcbaj Milk to mix. Butter .1 mould 01 pudding basin. Sieve the flour and baking powder, with the pinch of salt and cocoa, on to a piece of kitchen paper. Cream the butter, then mix in the sugar. When well blended, beat in the yolks of egg; lastly stir in the flour, etc., lightly, then add the milk. Mix well, put into the buttered mould, cover with greased paper, and steam for hours. Serve with, a rich white sauce or custard.
