DUNEDIN BECOMES A MAJOR TRAINING CENTRE.—Yesterday was a day of considerable military activity in and around Dunedin. In the morning about 700 territorials entrained for Burnham and the 6th Field Battery went into camp at Wingatui. The Ist Battalion, Southland Regiment, detrained at Caversham and marched to the new camp at Forbury Park. In the afternoon the sth Field Battery (Christchurch) also arrived at Wingatui, where this picture of some of the tents was taken.
