William McCrcady, a taxi driver, who elected to be tried’by jury, waS to-day committed by the magistrate (Mr A M. Goulding, S.M.) to the Supreme Court for trial on a charge oi having in his possession 50 copies of the People's Voice, with a view to facilitating publication of a subversive statement. Bail was allowed.
