Sutherland (Omakau), claim £2B 'lss for goods supplied, with costs (£4 lis 6d); Hallenstein Bros., Ltd. v. J. Scott, claim £4 7s for goods supplied, with costs (£1 6s 6d); Charles Mills Greenslade v. Alexander Miller (Brighton), claim £1 Is for professional services, with costs (10s); J. Bain and Sons v. James Campbell, claim £5 for money lent, with costs (£1 2s 6d); Myles Walker, Ltd. v. William Stevenson Carlile (Oamaru), claim £6 lis 9d, amount of dishonoured cheque, with costs (£1 10s 6d).
