NAVAL MINES

MANUFACTURE IN AUSTRALIA PLANS FOR COAST DEFENCE SYDNEY, Sept. 11. (Received Sept. 12, at 0.15 a.m.) Substantial expansion in Australia’s output of naval mines for local defence and for the Admiralty’s requirements was approved by the War Cabinet to-day.
