MAGISTRATE'S COURT

Thursday, August 8 At a short sitting of the Magistrate's Court, before Mr J. R. Bartholomew, S.M.. yesterday morning, judgment for the plaintiffs was given in the following undefended cases:—Coulls, Somerville Wilkie. Ltd., v. E. Williamson (Gisborne), claim £l3 14s 6d, for goods supplied, with costs (£2 14s); A. and J. Watt. Ltd., v. Grace Wilson, claim £7 10s, for balance owing for goods supplied, with costs (£1 10s 6d).
