ALL SAINTS' CHURCH

ANNUAL MEETING The annual meeting of parishioners of All Saints' Church was held in the church schoolroom on Monday night, Archdeacon Whitehead presiding over a good attendance, which included the assistant clergymen and members of the vestry. The annual report and balance sheet were adopted on the motion of the chairman, who, in the course of his remarks, reminded the meeting that, if prevailing conditions permitted, the seventy-fifth anniversary of the church would be celebrated in November next. Mr G. R. Ritchie moved a vote of thanks to the various workers for the church during the year, and this was carried by acclamation. „ , The following office-bearers were elected:—Churchwardens, Messrs G. R. Ritchie and F. T. Whinam; vestrymen— Sir James Allen, Dr Russell Ritchie, Dr Roland Fulton, and Messrs P. Evans, F. W Mitchell, A. L. Swan, G. Mackay, P. G. Homer, C. Stanley Smith. G. D. Wright, and Lyndon Macassey; honorary treasurer Mr A. N.'Lawson; honorary secretary,'Mr W. J. Strong; honorary auditor, Mr George Davidson.
