NEW AND SMALLER CABINET COPENHAGEN, July 8. M. Munch (Minister of Foreign Affairs) has resigned. A new and smaller Cabinet comprises four Social Democrats, two Radicals, two Leftists, two Conservatives and two Non-poli-ticals. M. Stauning remains Premier.
