PLANS NOT DISCLOSED MAY SEEK THIRD TERM HYDE PARK. July 7. President Roosevelt and Mr James A. Farley, who is resigning his position as Postmaster-general, conferred for two hours. The President apparently revealed his plans for the first time, but pledged Mr Farley to secrecy. Mr said: “The President was extremely frank with me, and I was frank with him. I am thoroughly aware of what he has in mind, but am not at liberty to speak. Only the can speak on that subject.’ The Democratic Convention will me,st a week hence. In the meantime, the powerful movement to draft Mr Roosevelt as President for a third term is gathering force.
