NYASALAND’S OFFER
CONTRIBUTION TO WAR RINDS (British Official Wireless) RUGBY, June 17. The Nyasaland Protectorate has offered to contribute every year to Britain’s war cause the whole amount by which the surplus balances exceed those reached at January 1, 1939. The Government has declared its intention of contributing about £20,000 in respect of 1939. and hopes to be able to make a further gift of £30,000 in 1940.
