It’s penny wise and pounds foolish to use inferior coal—insist on Kaitangata.— Advi Another New Zealander serving with the forces has successfully communicated with his relations by means of the “bottle” post. He is Sergeantmajor L. A. Harper, who dropped the bottle containing his message from a transport on January 12. It was found on the Victorian coast, between Anderson’s Inlet and Waralka Bay, and sent on to his relations in New Zealand.
