A Great Dane dog which was the principal mascot in the Papakura mobilisation camp is reported to be miss-, ing, and troops are concerned over the fact. The dog was presented to the camp shortly after the third echelon men went into training, and he was brought to the city for veterinary treatment. He managed to escape from his kennel at Grey Lynn, and so far has not been located.
