ADDRESS-IN-REPLY DEBATE (Per United Press Association) WELLINGTON, June 14. The Address-in-Reply debate was concluded in the Legislative Council to-day. ... Mr T. Bloodworth said he was m favour of all parties having a say in the war effort right from the start. He commented that some of the suggestions made were feeble. Mr W Perry suggested giving the excess butter production to Britain. Mr E R. Davis suggested increasing the production of brcon by transferring part of the butter-fat payments to baCO h . • - n The Leader of the Council. Mr D.
