WAGE INCREASES
MAKING OF GENERAL ORDER ARBITRATION COURTS POWERS (Pee United Press Association; WELLINGTON, May 13.'» The Minister of Labour (Mr P. C. Webb) announced to-day that regulations would be issued within the next few days giving power to the Arbitration Court to make a: general order affecting the rates of remuneration prescribed by awards, industrial agreements and apprenticeship orders. The powers are regarded as a war measure for the duration and six months.
