ALLIED MEASURES RESENTED ROME, May 11. Only the possession of force can modify a pact which is contrary to one’s own in- . terests.” Signor Mussolini, who was / seated in the Senate, enthusiastically applauded the speech, in which the admiral also stated that events confirmed the belief that aeroplanes have great difficulty in striking warships manoeuvring at high speed.
