PLANES FOR ALLIES
SPEEDING UP DELIVERY MAY FLY THE ATLANTIC WASHINGTON, May 11. (Received May 12, at 8 p.m.) The Civil Aeronautics authority announced to-day that France would begin shipping supplies by air across the Atlantic in the summer. If it proved successful, it was considered possible that the Allies might fly Americmmade bombers across the Atlantic to speed up delivery.
